Post CDL Mentor Program
Excel Driver Services’ Post-CDL Mentor Program is designed to bridge the gap between CDL training and real-world driving experience. This program prepares trainers to mentor, assess, and support newly licensed drivers as they transition into professional driving roles. Participants will develop the skills to evaluate new drivers in real-world conditions, reinforce company safety policies, and provide structured feedback to improve driving performance. The course is structured into Classroom, Route Observation, and Driver Coaching.
Requirements for this Program
- Must have a valid Class A or B CDL
- Minimum 3 years of professional driving or training experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
